Beat the summer heat with a joyful craft retreat! This is your time to relax, create, and rejuvenate, so bring whatever projects you would like to work on--scrapbooking, card-making, quilting, knitting, sewing--whatever appeals to you! Holiday-themed make & takes will be provided by me. Treat yourself to a crafty get-away with a little Christmas spirit sprinkled on top!

To accommodate more people, I am offering TWO weekends for the retreat (see dates above). The weekends will be identical with the same projects and gifts. Both weekends have a 3 or 4-day option. Choose the weekend* that works best for you and don't forget to invite your friends to come along! Hotel Accommodations are NOT included; see more about booking below.
3-day retreat (Fri-Sun) for $215 includes:
- 6-foot table of your own for crafting all weekend
- Use of my stamps, dies, and punches
- Free stamp set or craft kit
- 4 Make & Take projects
- Table Gifts
- Prize Drawings
- Saturday Night Bingo
- Dinner on Friday and Saturday
- Breakfast if you stay at the hotel
- Sweet & Salty Snack Bar all weekend
- Three Optional Project Swaps (Read details HERE)
4-day retreat (Th-Sun) for $260 includes:
- Everything listed in the 3-day retreat
- Two extra make & take projects on Thursday
- Pizza dinner on Thursday
- Extra crafting time (doors open at 11 AM on Thursday)
Doors open at 11 AM on Thursday for 4-day guests, or 8 AM on Friday for 3-day guests. You can craft each day until midnight, other than Sunday. Retreat ending time is 4 PM on Sunday. Beyond the provided make & take projects, most of the time is free time for personal crafting, so be sure to bring something to work on. There will not be any make & takes, prizes, or scheduled meals on Sunday, so if you have to leave early, you will still get all of the above.
*Double Weekend Option
If you would like to attend both weekends, pay full price for the first weekend and get the second weekend for only $130! The second weekend will not include the free stamp set, make & takes, or table gifts. The best part? The hotel has agreed to let us leave our craft supplies set up in the conference room in between weekends so we don't have to haul it twice!
Booking at the Best Western Hotel
Hotel accommodations are not included in the event fee. There is a room block reserved under "Christmas in July" for $109/night on Thursday and $139/night Friday and Saturday (before taxes). The block will be held until 30 days prior to the event. You can call the front desk at 703-777-9400 to book your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Registration ends June 24th (or earlier if the event fills up). To hold your spot, you need to send a non-refundable $50 deposit after registering. The remaining balance is due by June 24th. If you cancel before June 24th, your $50 deposit will be applied to an order or class from me. No refunds on cancellations after June 24th unless you find someone to take your spot.
