Fall Gift Pouch

This is an inexpensive Fall/Thanksgiving gift you could give to co-workers, students, or even put at the Thanksgiving table.  I made these gifts for the attendees of our recent Super Saturday Holiday Card-Making Day.  Each pouch has a bookmark, sticky-note pad, and pen.  I found these items on Amazon first (Amazon links below), then needed to come up with a cute way to package them.  I kept it fairly simple since I knew I needed to make at least 25.

I show how to make these in the video linked below.  You can also scroll on to see the measurements.

Measurements in inches:
  • Cajun Craze or Golden Glow cardstock: 2-7/8 x 11; score at 2, 4-13/16 (or 4-3/4 plus a 16th), and 5"
  • DSP: 2 x 7
  • I used Design a Tag set and the Advent Calendar Punch for the tags

You can see a full supply list at the end of this post.

Here are a few pictures from our Super Saturday event.  Our guests rotated through 12 make & take stations, making a special card at each one.

What's even better than Super Saturday on land?  How about Super Saturday Sea Days?! Join my Alaska cruise next summer where you'll make 24 projects (the equivalent of two Super Saturdays) on sea days, then be free to go sight-seeing on port days!  It's such an amazing way to combine crafting with traveling! Read all about it HERE.

Happy Stamping,
Marsha
