Cindy & Marsha on 2024 cruise to the Caribbean

Both crafters and non-crafters can book with our group; only crafters need to pay the crafting fee. Feel free to invite your spouse, friends, and family members to join you on your vacation.

The fee to participate in the crafting portion is $250 and includes the following:

  • 24 self-paced projects (we provide all supplies other than your usual tool kit of adhesive, scissors, etc.)
  • Goodie bag and table gifts
  • Every crafter will receive half of a table to craft at for the duration of the cruise; come and go as you please.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time will I spend in the craft room?

This is completely up to you. We assume you will want to visit the ports, shows on the ship, and do other activities besides crafting. We will be doing that as well! You should be able to complete all 24 projects we provide on the two "sea days", then be free to explore and do all the other activities you want on port days, in the evenings, etc. That being said, if you want to be in the craft room on port days or every evening, or even the middle of the night, you can do that too!

What do I need to bring?

We will provide a list of supplies to our guests several weeks before the trip, but you can expect that it will be your usual class tools--paper snips, adhesive, dimensionals, tape, glue, glue dots, and paper trimmer. We will bring 2 to 4 die-cutting machines so you don't need to bring a machine, but you may want to bring one to have at your own table so you don't have to get up as much or wait for a turn. If you want to bring your own projects--scrapbooking supplies, paper pumpkin kits, knitting, etc.--to work on after you finish the 24 projects we provide, you are welcome to do so.

How much does the cruise cost?

In addition to the crafting fee, you will pay for your cruise cabin and your airfare or travel fees to/from the port. The cabin rates vary depending on the kind of cabin you choose--interior, ocean view, balcony, suite, etc. You must book through our travel agents at Cruise & Crop (1-800-645-1481) to participate in the crafting portion of the trip.

There is a $500 deposit per cabin due at booking, the rest is due by June 13th. Our group rates start at $906 per person for an inside stateroom based on double occupancy. This is for a specific category cabin that is slightly nicer than the lowest-priced cabin you can find on the Royal Caribbean website. However, you can book cheaper or more expensive categories (balconies, suites, etc.) through our agents; you just have to call them rather than book online to find out what the current rate is. If Royal Caribbean is offering a better promotion or rate than our group rate, please call our agents to take advantage of that deal! Keep in mind that the deals offered by Royal Caribbean are usually non-refundable. Our travel agents can help you with any questions you have--they are awesome! They will help you get the best deal, so again, if you find something cheaper on your own, please call our agents to book it for you. If you book it on your own, you will not be able to join us for the crafting portion.
