Arrive and get settled
10:30
Make & Take Session (projects planned and prepped for you)
12:30 ish
Lunch Break—Taco Salad/Taco Bar
Afternoon
Free time to:
  •  Stamp your own projects.  This is your dedicated, kid-free stamping time to work on whatever projects you want.  Bring your own supplies.  Consider past Paper Pumpkin kits, monthly card kits, project kits from the catalog (I love Watercolor Wishes), or anything else you want to work on.  Stamp one hour or five.  It’s up to you!
  • Go swimming at the resort.  Yes, there is a hot-tub! :)
  • Take a walk or go on a hike.
  • Visit the Spa (additional cost and an appointment needed)

I will probably be stamping all afternoon, but feel free to do other things if that will make this get-away better for you!  We could also do a “shoe-box swap” in the afternoon.  Anyone interested could plan one project for the group (no more than six of us).  You would bring supplies for everyone else to make that project.  We would pass the supply boxes around and make each other’s projects.  Let me know if this interests you.
5:30/6:00
Dinner Break—Creamy crock-pot chicken over rice; salad; broccoli
7:00 until we drop
Movie Marathon!
(You are also welcome to stamp more, swim, etc.)

Movie choices (we’ll vote):
  • BBC North and South
  • BBC Pride & Prejudice
  • BBC Sense & Sensibility
  • Anne of Green Gables, Anne of Avonlea

Yep, I love those period films, so you are subjected to my tastes!
Ice cream and microwave popcorn will be provided.  Feel free to bring other snacks.
Sunday, March 20th

Morning (whenever you want to wake up)
Breakfast—Breakfast Casserole; Fruit
Nothing planned.  You are free to leave any time after breakfast, or hang out for a while.
Noon
Left-overs for lunch for any who are still around
1:00
I will be attending LDS church services in Harrisonburg.  If anyone wants to join me, you are very welcome.  Otherwise, it’s time to say goodbye.

Sleeping Accommodations
This condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other bedroom has two twin-beds.  There is a sofa bed in the living room.  The condo sleeps six, but some people will have to share a bed.  I’m taking one spot on the king-sized bed.  The other spots will be given first-come first serve when you RSVP.  The pull-out couch location means you will be in the same space as our movie marathon….so plan on going to bed late!

What to Bring

  •        Toiletries and personal items, include a swim suit if you want to swim.
  •     Adhesive for Make & Take session
  •         Stamping supplies for personal projects in the afternoon.  Shoe-box swap if you want to participate in that.
  •     Additional snacks if desired
  •     If you have a bean bag, stadium chair, or some kind of floor seating that is comfy and easy to bring, please do.  I’m not sure how much seating there will be for the movie marathon.  We may be fine, but bring something if you have it.

RSVP to Marsha LaFroth
